CheckedUp is looking for a Senior Analyst to help grow our in-house business analytics team to provide actionable insights on advertising campaigns that are run on the network. They will play an important role in building our growing analytics function internally, working with our in-house data network, and connecting to client data and third party data to provide metrics and insights that help drive engagement with our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading marketing analytics engagements for several pharmaceutical clients
- Provide pre-sales analytics support to sales team
- Work with Data Engineering team within the data analytics department (leveraging SQL deliverable automation and database management)
- Develop KPIs and automated reports (Excel, Salesforce Reports, or data visualizations through Tableau or similar) to enable revenue teams with highly actionable intelligence
- Drive and take ownership for developing and improving current network processes
- Assist in managing secondary analytics: data acquisition strategy, procurement, cleansing, integration, reporting and analysis
- Primary research: design, deployment/fielding, entry/coding/validation, reporting and analytics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and/or Sales Forecasting.
- Experience using SQL to extract data from relational databases.
- Salesforce and analysis/BI tools mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows.
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate, and thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Learning mindset and passion to keep abreast of the rapidly changing media and analytics landscape.
- Operate in a fast paced environment.
- Able to present results from analysis and make recommendations that are accepted and implemented.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience involving healthcare, media, advertising, or strategic development.
- Prior experience at a leading healthcare agency or healthcare digital media company.
- Enjoys working in a high-growth environment with other highly-driven individuals.
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
