PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK
At Checkers & Rally’s we serve the hardworking and often underestimated by serving our Franchisees, Company Operations, and Guests. As a member of both the Field Operations People Learning & Development team you will assist your General Manager, District Manager and New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Training Manager by executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profits goals, executing procedures and providing excellent Guest and Team service, leading & providing training through new restaurant openings and other training initiatives. Must have the ability to achieve target restaurant metrics, able to motive while having a contagious enthusiasm that strengthens our culture and brand.

HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY
- Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
- Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
- Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
- Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
- Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
- Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests
- Support New Restaurant Openings and additional training initiatives as needed
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)-Preferred
- 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Food Safety Certified
- Microsoft Office and general systems experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and some holidays
- Ability to train in group settings
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understands needs of a trainee

- Demonstrates restaurant business management and operations acumen
- Able to travel via, airplane of state, to assist in new restaurant opening training or with operations support as needed (Up to 60% of the time depending on seasonality and training support needs)
