Our company is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee our operations in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple locations, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. The District Manager will also be responsible for monitoring store performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing training and development opportunities for store personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate store performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to store managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store managers and employees.
- Develop budgets and manage expenses.

Salary: $68,870.00 - $75,287.00 per year

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated success working with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
