Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profit Growth: Leverage your expertise to promote Guest satisfaction and effectively manage restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- Operational Excellence: Assist the General Manager in implementing procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating concerns to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Team Development: Collaborate with the GM to interview, train, and develop high-performing team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional Guest service and achieve their full potential.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees and Guests alike.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Certifications: Food Safety Certified
- Experience: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours, and a high energy level to match our fast-paced environment.
