Responsibilities
- Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L
- Continuously analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, and restaurant service efficiency
- Determine staffing needs and hire qualified candidates
- Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and procedures
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Basic math skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work flexible schedules and extended hours
