This position is Remote but will require candidate to be in the Tampa Bay region or willing to move to the area.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position tracks supplier reporting, manages and maintains assigned categories and suppliers, reporting of documents and summaries, as well as support to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain. This role supports the overall management of supplier quality and performance to meet both strategic and tactical business goals including strategic sourcing, purchasing and logistic activities. Works as part of the Equipment and facilities Supply Chain team in collaboration with internal stakeholders including Development, Construction, Operations, Product Innovation, QA, Finance and franchisee committees in delivering world class equipment and facilities support and innovation. Research and develop specific sourcing strategies with current and potential restaurant remodel designs, construction partners, new restaurants, modular building construction and design. Provide and lead global value engineering initiatives that support lower cost opportunities to meet strategic growth of the brand. Focusing on cost reduction initiatives to reduce capital equipment investment and /or life cycle costs.
Smallwares, Services, Chemicals, Facilities support and Utilities.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provides support for inventory management, and production planning.
- Compiles, stores, retrieves reporting data to provide for reports and detailed reporting of information and analysis.
- Develops KPI’s and reviews performance data with supplier and reporting to management.
- Issues and/or supports RFPs for assigned categories in a timely manner to support continuity of supply of assigned categories. Completes financial and supplier analysis to provide recommendation to management to deliver best-in-class agreements in assigned categories.
- Develop contracts for assigned categories/suppliers that are consistent with negotiated terms that include competitive terms and measurable performance metrics to ensure continuous supply and competitive pricing. Ensure compliance with negotiated agreements through supplier communication, performance reviews, inventory review where appropriate and invoice verification.
- Develop and maintain a robust market and commodity profile that supports strategic negotiations with suppliers, relative to assign categories.
- Manages the pricing process for contracted Equipment, Smallwares, Services, Utilities, or Facilities categories to ensure accurate billing including monitoring weekly and monthly contract prices negotiated by the Managers and ensuring that they are communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that adequate inventory is being built to ensure on-time opening of all new restaurants and project roll-outs.
- Handles sample requests as required cross functionally and follows up accordingly.
- Maintains documentation for Supply Chain team that is used in training and communications to other departments and franchisees.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.

Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent offset experience in related fields.
Prior Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years Procurement experience within FF&E for the Foodservice Industry, or equivalent offset experience in related fields.
