Construction Apprentice

Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentices. This entry-level position is designed for those eager to learn and develop their skills in a hands-on environment. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and practical experience in your chosen field. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career while contributing to meaningful projects.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in daily tasks and projects, learning techniques and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Help with the preparation of materials and tools necessary for various jobs.
• Observe and learn from experienced team members, asking questions to deepen understanding.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• A strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment relevant to the trade (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing for extended periods, or working in various environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant coursework or certifications are advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.07 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
