Your mission
The Sales Support & Renewals Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by driving operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on sales operations and contract renewals. This role ensures accurate invoicing, proactive management of renewals, and efficient sales processes that enable the sales team to focus on revenue growth. Additionally, the position supports field marketing initiatives and handles essential back-office tasks to boost overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
1. Sales Operations & Renewals Support :
- Manage Contract Renewals : Proactively track and manage contract renewal pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and the sales team to maximize retention and minimize churn
- Invoice Management : Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales invoices, collaborating closely with finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies
- CRM Data Management : Maintain precise and up-to-date sales records in CRM and related systems, supporting forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis
- Renewal Forecasting : Collaborate with sales leadership to provide regular reports on upcoming renewals and renewal pipeline health
