We are looking for a Client Services Account Manager to join our dynamic Operations team and ensure top-notch service for our clients. This position would have the hours of 2-10pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
- Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, account management or dispatch management.
- Bachelor's degree in BS/BA is business or similar is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in logistics or dispatch software is a plus.
