DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and update sales records in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, generate sales reports, and analyze data to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any order-related issues.
- Rerouting out-of-scope inquiries to the correct departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS or Associates Degree and two years’ experience or equivalent combination.
- Highly desirable: experience in high-end retail, waste, logistics
