Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
- Understand the needs and objectives of each account, providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise, maintaining a positive relationship with the account.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the needs of national accounts are met.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and progress.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, sales performance, and future opportunities.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for account strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Management, Logistics or associate degree and five years’ experience or equivalent.
- Highly desirable: Experience in Waste Industry, Environmental Services or similar.
- National Account management experience required.
- Experience in a leadership role.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
