Responsibilities
- Big 3 for a Regional Account Manager : Customer Retention, Revenue Growth, Mobile Sales.
- Prospect and Lead Generation : Identify existing Optimum customers in your assigned field territories using your market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists.
- Engage and Educate : Approach current customers with professionalism. Enlighten them about the incredible benefits and features of our top-tier telecom services, upsell as needed, and most importantly retain the business.
- Customized Solutions : Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages.
- Product Knowledge : Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
- Sales Pitch : Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the advantages of our products and services.
- Closing Deals : Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Documentation : Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
