Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of conferences, corporate meetings, and special events, including extensive wedding planning and execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for brides, families, and corporate clients, from initial tours to final event coordination.
- Design and deliver events that utilize our diverse venues, from the elegant brand-new Islamorada Ballroom to the tranquil Spa Island, ensuring each setting is perfectly tailored to the event's requirements.
- Facilitate a range of team bonding activities, leveraging our unique location and amenities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to provide exceptional on-site dining experiences tailored to each event.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in setting up, executing, and breaking down events, maintaining high standards of elegance and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive experience in event management or planning, with a strong background in managing weddings and corporate events.
- Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
