Nestled in the scenic beauty of Islamorada, Cheeca Lodge & Spa is not just a venue; it's an experience of unparalleled elegance and a magnet for beachside weddings and other events. We are on the lookout for Banquet Servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service at our functions. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to enhance their income through our steady flow of events both beachside and in the brand-new Islamorada Ballroom, the largest event space in the upper Keys. We also host events at our Morada Bay restaurants (Beach Cafe and Pierre's).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and serve drinks during events and weddings
- Set bar and maintain presentation standards of the hotel.
- Organize and maintain the banquet storeroom, ensuring readiness for events.
- Efficiently conduct post-function clean-up and equipment storage.

What We Require:
- You must have bartending experience that is apparent on your resume. If you do not have bartender experience we cannot consider you.
- Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
- No hand/neck/face tattoos

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in related field required
- Tips and Food Handlers certificates required
- Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand during entire shift
