About the Role:
As a Bartender at the Morada Bay Beach Cafe, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bar operations, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and offer a personalized experience at our beachfront bar.
- Display expertise in our extensive range of beers, wines, and island-inspired cocktails.
- Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Engage guests with stories behind signature drinks and gourmet offerings.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bar Management:
- Manage bar operations with skill, including effective opening and closing routines.
- Uphold top standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Carefully manage inventory and bar equipment, enhancing the bar's welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment.
- Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a busy environment.
