Cheeca Lodge & Spa invites applications for a Luxury Concierge Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, this role involves providing exceptional service to guests, recommending local attractions, and booking reservations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, making them feel at home on the property.
- Use open-ended questions to understand and meet guests' needs, tailoring your approach to each individual.
- Provide informed recommendations and sell reservations for hotel's restaurants and spa, showcasing our unique offerings.
- Book various reservations including transportation, fishing trips, and local attractions, demonstrating impartiality and guest preference.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local amenities with accurate and positive information.
- Promptly address phone calls and emails, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Efficiently resolve guest concerns, seeking supervisor assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Islamorada and the surrounding area.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry in a guest service/front desk capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and tact.
