Job description
Roles/Responsibilities:
Count revenue and prepare deposit bags
Open/Close location
Manage staff productivity
Meet/Excel expectations
Keep facility clean
Delegate tasks
Send/Receive Email
Communicate with Store manager about all items that need attention each day
Handle emergency situations (call store manager)
Give out correct information to inquiring guests
Book birthday parties
Perform refunds when needed
Know all aspects on operating the café area
Cashiering
Answering phones
Sending inquiries for groups, parties, and events to the party coordinator and store manager
Making sure weekday activities are completed in a timely manner
Be creative and take initiative to come up with ideas to give the store manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:

*8 hour shift *Day shift *Holidays *Monday to Friday *Night shift *Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $14.00/hour.
