Responsibilities
- Providing feedback, assigning responsibilities and monitoring productivity.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to employees.
- Training new hires and providing on-the-job training
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Providing feedback
- Must be willing to get cross trained on every aspect of the store.
Qualifications
- Communication: Supervisors need to be able to communicate well with their team and upper management. This includes strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management: Supervisors need to be able to manage their time well.
- Leadership: Supervisors need to be able to lead their team and motivate them to be productive.
- Supervisors should be flexible and always maintain a positive attitude.
