Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Cheerleading Coach to join our team and lead cheerleading activities for our participants. The ideal candidate will have experience in ALLSTAR or Sideline (Traditional or SNS) cheerleading and related fields, with a focus on promoting teamwork, skill development, and a positive learning environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement cheerleading techniques
- Instruct participants on proper cheerleading skills and safety measures
- Organize and supervise cheerleading practices and performances
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training sessions
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Collaborate with other coaches to plan team events and competitions
Experience
- Previous experience in cheerleading or related fields such as dance or gymnastics.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to teach basic cheerleading jumps, tumbling, and stunting.
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings is beneficial
-Open schedule on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 5:30-7:30pm
