Job Description:
We are seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead an enthusiastic team in delivering top-notch car care. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations of the Express Exterior and/or Interior Cleaning facility, supervising our wash employees to ensure every vehicle meets our quality standards. In addition, you'll have the chance to earn commissions, on top of the hourly starting rate of $15-$17 depending on experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review the work of the cleaning technicians to verify and confirm customer service requirements are met.
• Help management schedule the workflow and activities of interior cleaning technicians to ensure that all vehicles are cleaned in a timely manner and in accordance with established quality standards.
• Monitor and control the use of supplies, materials and equipment for the interior shop and communicate with the department manager for purchasing equipment and supplies as necessary.
• Assist manager in establishing controls and guidelines for a safe work environment
• Supervise and direct the work of exterior/interior employees by determining work procedures, expediting the workflow, assigning duties and examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Plan and continuously monitor staffing levels to ensure efficiency, quality of work, and effective customer service.
• Work with Managers to monitor employee performance and assist in the development and execution of strategies for improvement.
• Effectively leads the team by setting an example in behavior, championing Cheetah Clean values, ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Open and close the store
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interaction skills required.
Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills required.
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch
