We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Food Service Equipment Technician to join our team. The role involves providing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for commercial coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewing systems, grinders, and water systems, within an assigned territory. Compensation ranges from $23/hour to $30/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial coffee equipment within your territory.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Own customer relationships by providing professional, reliable services and inspiring loyalty.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and complete detailed documentation for all service activities.
- Assist in installing new equipment and machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of food service equipment repair experience, ideally with knowledge of electrical systems and water.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with smartphones for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in technical or industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using diagnostic tools.
