Job Summary :
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR functions at our South Beloit facility. This position will be responsible for a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team Structure :
The HR Generalist will report directly to the HR Manager. The team collaborates with various departments such as marketing, IT,, Operations and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will also have the opportunity to work with senior leadership on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
