Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team! As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by supporting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests as needed.
- Ensure dining areas, service stations, and restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
- Support servers by carrying trays, running food, and delivering condiments or utensils.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service.
- Follow health and safety regulations to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Assist with side work, such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, and restocking supplies.
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
