Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team! The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by maintaining clean tables, assisting servers, and keeping the restaurant or event space organized. Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Assist servers in delivering water, and additional table settings as needed
- Ensure the dining area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas
- Assist with refilling guest beverages and pre-bussing tables
- Support the team with other duties, such as setting up and breaking down event spaces
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
