Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. You will assist servers and kitchen staff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and supporting the overall efficiency of food service operations.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Help with food handling tasks, ensuring that all items are stored properly and within safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- Support catering events by assisting with setup, service, and cleanup as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the kitchen and dining team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
