We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will support the waitstaff by maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas, assisting with guest needs, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Help with stocking supplies and organizing utensils, glassware, and napkins.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Support the restaurant staff during busy periods by helping wherever necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling any guest inquiries or reservations.
