Personal Chef Assistant – Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals following established recipes and high-quality standards.
- Ensure food safety compliance by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and preparation guidelines.
- Support the head chef in kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ingredient organization to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and small appliances.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and seamless service, particularly during peak hours.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, offering input on seasonal ingredients and dietary considerations.
