Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our vibrant team. As a crucial part of our food truck operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including cooking areas, serving counters, and storage spaces.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments as needed.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and gather feedback on their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds.
• A passion for food, cooking, and providing excellent customer service is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
