Overall Responsibility:
Prepare all Web orders by pulling products and preparing them for shipping by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Will serve as the back-up for the Customer Service Representative.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Pull product based on submitted orders.
- Process in coming Web orders
- Use scanner to pull correct product per order.
- Prepare orders for shipping.
- Web order picking and packing
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Process completed order in system.
- Serve as the back-up for the Customer Service Rep.
- Other duties may be assigned. The duties listed above are typical examples of the work performed; not all duties assigned are included.
Consults With:
- Sales Supervisor
- Distribution Center Manager
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English
- Ability to work and communicate with the public.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of directly related experience.
- Computer skills are required.
- Forklift certified as plus.
- Use of electric pallet jacks
Physical and Environmental Demands:
Physical
Physical demands consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling, grasping, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Able to maneuver 300lb barrels.
