As a Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our restaurant's commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the kitchen, including food handling and storage.
- Follow proper cooking techniques and demonstrate knowledge of various cooking methods.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner, adjusting cooking times as necessary during peak business periods.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating and coordinating with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with ordering and receiving of inventory to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor food supplies and equipment, report any issues or deficiencies to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
