Guests:

✔ The ability to learn (and love!) our menu within the training period.
✔ Understand our menu so you can guide guests who may have allergies or ingredients they are trying to avoid.
Appearance:
✔ Follow all our uniform guidelines and maintain a well-groomed appearance including posture.
✔ Good energy flow comes from maintaining a straight spine and uncrossed arms.
Attendance:
✔ Reliable transportation to and from your work location.
✔ Punctual and flexible in maintaining your scheduled hours.
Physical Safety & Ability:
✔ Perform all tasks effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change with direct supervision.
✔ Be capable of making quick and appropriate decisions.
✔ Be able to perform duties that require bending, reaching, lifting, and transporting up to 35 lbs. containers and trash cans.
✔ Be able to stand or move for up to 6 hours
Cleanliness:
✔ Ability to adhere to the Opening Procedures, Closing Procedures, and any other checklist or directions.
