What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foh Leadership Position position at Chef Tanya's Kitchen?
Chef Tanya's Kitchen is looking for Leadership candidates to join our Palm Desert team! This position requires an amazing attitude and HUSSLE in addition to minimum requirements in your previous experience. The compensation is hourly tips once you complete training. You must be available for evenings and weekends.
Please have at least:
- 2 Years in a full-service restaurant environment.
- 1 Years in leading a department. (Server preferred)
- 1 Years in schedule writing.
We are a quick-service environment, but that is only how we take the orders. After that, we are full-service follow-up!
Guests:
They are our number one priority! We exert a high degree of energy and drive to meet customer needs.
Food:
The ability to learn (and love!) our menu within the training period, and understand our menu so you can guide guests who may have allergies or ingredients they are trying to avoid.
Cleanliness:
You will be able to lead and participate with the team to all of the Opening Procedures, Closing Procedures, and any other checklist or directions. This includes finding tasks that keep the overall store sanitary, organized, and stocked.
Training & Coaching:
Have the ability to coach, council, and oversee team members in a thoughtful and positive manner. Be able to share your sales techniques for offering additional merchandise to the guest
Administrative Duties:
Homebase time-sheet monitoring, and team scheduling. There may also be occasional product ordering or communication of FOH needs to the Kitchen Leadership. Once trained, you should possess the ability to perform these functions at a high level.
