Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef/Owner to lead our culinary team and manage our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on food preparation, catering, and banquet services. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences while overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage food production processes, including preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Coordinate catering services for events and banquets, ensuring seamless execution.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain inventory control and manage ordering of supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and dietary department standards.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, with experience leading kitchen staff effectively.
• Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to continuous improvement in food production practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $64,968.77 - $78,241.96 per year
