We are seeking a dynamic Director of Client Success to join our team and amplify our mission through impactful partnership building and flawless event execution.
Position Overview:
The Director of Client Success will play a key role in establishing and nurturing Chefs for Farmers' partnerships and ensuring the success of our events. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with partners, engaging with our community, and coordinating event logistics to provide memorable experiences for attendees. This role requires a blend of outreach, organization, and passion for food and community. This role can be part time or full time, depending on availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with Partners:
Initiate communications with event partners and follow up to support partner satisfaction and task completion
Investigate costs of various services and engage in pricing negotiations
Maintain respect and professionalism while interacting with all partners, new and existing
Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility in handling varying day-to-day tasks as they arise
Multitask and prioritize responsibilities with limited oversight in a semi-structured work environment
Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Chefs for Farmers events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
Work with the event team to organize logistics, including venue sponsor and vendor coordination.
Support event promotion by assisting with social media, email newsletters, and other channels as needed, driving ticket sales and attendance.
Serve as a point of contact for event participants, including chefs, farmers, sponsors, and attendees, ensuring excellent communication and support.
Manage event day activities, assisting with set-up, guest registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Establish plans to ensure events are well-documented through photos, videos, and social media coverage for future promotions. Assist as needed.Qualifications:

Strong event coordination experience, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring successful event execution.
Passion for food, local farming, and the culinary industry.
Proficiency in developing timelines and utilizing task management strategies to track progress and ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed for event coverage.
Access to a reliable vehicle and a laptop to efficiently perform job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food and beverage or event marketing.
