General Laborer

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This position involves hands-on work in our production area, including sandblasting, applying plastisol coatings, and trimming finished products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for various assembly tasks.
• Prepare metal racks for coating by sandblasting to remove rust, paint, and surface contaminants
• Apply plastisol coating to racks using established methods and equipment
• Trim excess plastisol from racks after coating to ensure clean and consistent finishes
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and assembly techniques is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Benefits:
