Responsibilities :

Guide and lead a team of content creators, providing guidance and support to achieve established objectives.
Generate content in video format to serve as a guide and reference for the team of creators.
Drive creativity within the team, generating innovative ideas to achieve the goals established for each product and function.
Create your own content with a focus on generating a relevant and valuable Engagement Rate, mainly in short video format to reach broad audiences.
Execute productions using available tools without depending on a professional production team.
Maintain effective relationships with the team of influencers and content creators, ensuring high quality standards and alignment with the company's marketing strategies.

Requirements :

Updated knowledge of trends and content consumed by audiences on social networks.

Ability to contribute to the development of creative briefs and creatively guide workflows related to influencers and content creators.

Availability to use a telephone exclusively for work purposes, in addition to the personal telephone.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.

Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.

Ability to work with content production tools and adapt to different available resources.

Good interpersonal relationships to collaborate effectively with the team of influencers and content creators.

Organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent both on English & Spanish
