Cheil Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance/Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily financial transactions, record-keeping, and administrative support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain financial records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial reports.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial statements as required.
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and discrepancies.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- 1 years of experience in an office environment; an accounting or finance role preferred or an administrative admin role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) a definite plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on-site: Monday – Friday, office hours are 9am – 6pm.
