Cleaning Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
