The Role
As our Client Growth Manager, you will drive new client acquisition and help expand our existing client relationships through strategic inside sales initiatives. You’ll play a key role in connecting brands with the innovative solutions Chelle Comm delivers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and present solutions
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain organized records in our CRM system
- Identify and qualify high-value leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
Qualifications
- 2 years of inside sales, business development, or account management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
