What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Chelmsford Inn?
- Approach all encounters with guests, team members, outside callers and vendors in a service oriented manner.
- Perform the duties of a Front Desk Agent, Bellman,, general security, housekeeping and general maintenance during the shift
- use suggestve selling skills and company sales programs to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
- Answer ther telephone and transfer callers
- Ensure periodic checks to ensure areas that are required to be locked are locked and secured
- Have a working knowledge for secuirty procedures
- Train any new Front Desk Agents as requested by management
- Handle items or "lost and "found" according to standard
- Complete any miscellaneous duties as required
- On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform
- Attend department meetings as scheduled
- Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests, vendors and associates
- Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures. Write shift reports including reports on any incidents of theft, accidents or injuries when asssigned. Check with manager/ supervisor before leaving work area for any reason.
- Any other tasks/ duties as requested by management
