Position: 1.0 FTE Interim Physical Education Teacher
Location: Byam Elementary School
Description: Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive physical education curriculum that promotes physical fitness, motor skills development, teamwork, and lifelong physical activity. Create engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the physical education curriculum, state and national standards while fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Assess and monitor students’ progress in physical fitness, skill development, and understanding of health-related topics. Adapt lessons and activities to accommodate students with diverse needs and abilities, including those with disabilities.
