Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks and projects.
- Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Support the team in completing projects on time by being proactive and reliable.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
