German Centre at Deutsches Altenheim located in West Roxbury, MA, is a skilled nursing residence and post-acute care provider that consistently delivers high-quality, compassionate care while focusing on the development of innovative programs and services that enable individuals to live as independently as possible. We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Deutsches Altenheim team at the German Centre and support our residents.
Position Summary : As a member of our Therapy Team, the COTA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services to our residents and patients by assisting in the assessment and treatment of therapeutic interventions with the highest level of professionalism, care and compassion. They maintain pertinent documentation, carry out appropriate treatment plans under supervision of OTR / L or PT, and contribute to discharge planning.
