Job Description
The Weekend Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing team on weekends to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, delivering services and tasks according to the care plan, and administering basic care or treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine residents' needs and administer basic care or treatments.
- Observe residents, chart, and report any changes in their conditions.
- Interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and other staff members.
