German Centre at Deutsches Altenheim located in West Roxbury, MA, is a skilled nursing residence and post-acute care provider that consistently delivers high-quality, compassionate care while focusing on the development of innovative programs and services that enable individuals to live as independently as possible. We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the Deutsches Altenheim team at the German Centre and support our residents.
Position Summary : As a member of our Therapy Team, the Physical Therapy Assistant responds to, treats and rehabilitates residents by providing them with necessary therapeutic interventions with the highest level of professionalism, care and compassion. They maintain pertinent documentation, carry out appropriate treatment plans under supervision of OTR / L or PT, and contribute to discharge planning.
