The Person:
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and problem-solving.
- Meticulous & Methodical: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and thrive on organizing complex data. Reviewing bid requests, performing take-offs, and double-checking estimates are second nature to you.
- Deadline-Driven & Accountable: You work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple estimates at once while ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Collaborative & Communicative: You excel at building relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring everyone has the information they need to move projects forward smoothly.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges in estimates, vendor quotes, and bid requirements, taking the initiative to find the best solutions before issues arise.
- Technically Savvy & Analytical: You’re comfortable using OnScreen Takeoff, Acumatica, and MS Office to analyze data, track costs, and generate reports that help drive decisions
The Role:
Own the Estimation Process
- Dive into bid requests and develop accurate, competitive estimates that align with customer needs.
- Perform detailed take-offs, ensuring every lighting fixture is accounted for.
- Manage deadlines with precision, setting clear expectations with clients and internal teams.
Be the Expert Clients and Vendors Trust
- Analyze vendor quotes meticulously, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Identify value engineering opportunities, helping clients optimize their projects.
- Stay ahead of the curve by developing strong vendor relationships and expanding product expertise.
Drive Efficiency & Accuracy
- Leverage technology like Acumatica to input pricing and refine quotes.
- Generate clear, insightful reports to keep teams informed and projects on track.
- Work collaboratively with peers to review and refine estimates for accuracy and completeness.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
