What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Chelsea Management?
We are hiring an experienced Service Coordinator for one of our multi-unit (650 ) residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written and organizational skills, offer stellar customer service daily, and is a self-motivated, problem solver. You will be located on-site and communicating with our residents, contractors, and staff in-person and via email/text/phone. This is a full-time position and the work schedule will be Monday – Friday. Our on-site management team will provide hands-on training and our professional and friendly staff works as a team to create a happy environment for our residents, visitors, and staff!
Work Location: Operating from main property in Philadelphia, PA
Job responsibilities include:
- Processing and coordinating resident maintenance requests
- Personal follow up with residents after services are completed to confirm satisfaction
- Organizing daily work schedule for maintenance staff
- Corresponding with technicians
- Process resident package deliveries daily
- Update resident records in management software program, Remote
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 20lbs
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
