Overview: We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Specialists to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to cleanliness, and the ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other common areas
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
- Clean residential houses, including Deep Cleaning, Routine Cleaning, Airbnb/Turnover Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and Move In/Out Cleaning
- Effective communication through phone, text, and email
- Wear provided company t-shirt, use company stickers, and distribute business cards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of house cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently or in a team of two, making your own schedule
- Capability to answer phone calls and access the internet for booking jobs
- Paid training: $100 Test Clean to see if you are a good fit for Chelsea’s Cleaning Service, LLC
- Cleaning hours typically between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday (flexible schedule, choose your own days and hours)
- Thorough onboarding process with all the tools and tips needed for your success
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and general liability insurance
- Reliable transportation around the East Texas area
- Must have good references, pass a background check, and comply with non-compete agreements
- Must sign a Non-Compete/Solicitation Agreement
