ASIC Design Manager – IC Design Services

Responsibilities :
- Design planning, proposal and execution of high-performance mixed-signal ICs from concept to production
- Management representation interfacing cross-functionally and with key customers
- Lead the proactive evolution and instilling of best practices to improve business performance, engineering efficiency, and repeatable quality results across the company
- Recruit, train and manage and growing world-class design engineering team to deliver results with integrity, commitment, and excellence for a wide variety of ASIC and SOC applications
- Represent company in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries
- Customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects
- Develop accurate schedules and resource estimates
- Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level
- Evaluate and deliver on performance metrics for team by communicating individual and team goals with remote and local team members effectively
- Continuously grow yourself and your team’s performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training
- Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from leading the design, layout or verification team and phases from proposal to production supply chain management
- Manage your team’s financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities
