Role Description
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the senior living community, ensuring the highest quality of care and services are provided to residents. Key tasks include managing staff, budgeting and financial management, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing community programs, and fostering relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and development
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of senior living services and healthcare standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to develop community programs and engage with residents and families
- Certified Assisted Living Adminitrator’s Certification preferred for New Jersey locations
- Relevant certifications or licenses in senior care management are beneficial
